Job Description

Job Title: Payroll Administrator
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
Type: Full-Time, Hybrid

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator, with an immediate start. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, handling payroll queries, and maintaining employee records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process end-to-end payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including tax, NI, and pension contributions.
  • Respond to all payroll queries and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records and update details as required.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end payroll reporting.

Requirements:

  • Previous end-to-end payroll experience (essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
