  • Prepare monthly management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and variance analysis.
  • Produce quarterly consolidated accounts and develop KPIs to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead budgeting and cash flow forecasting, ensuring robust financial planning.
  • Prepare VAT returns, assist with statutory accounts (IFRS/FRS 102), and liaise with auditors.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support compliance and financial analysis.
  • Continuously improve financial processes and reporting standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Part-qualified, fully qualified, or QBE (ACCA/CIMA/ACA).
  • Experience in management accounting.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Package Details:

  • Salary of £35,000 - £40,000 + 10% Bonus
  • Hybrid working (2 days per week from home)
  • Private Medical Insurance
  • Wicked team culture
  • A supportive, inclusive work environment with ample progression opportunities.
