Our client based in Towcester is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious individual with a strong financial background to act as a strategic advisor and make a measurable impact.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with senior management and operational teams, providing insights that inform decision-making and support long-term growth. This is not just a reporting role-you'll be in the heart of business discussions, offering valuable analysis and strategic advice to help our client stay competitive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
  • Partner with operational and departmental leads to provide financial insights and influence business strategy.
  • Drive performance analysis and deliver actionable recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial performance reports to key stakeholders.
  • Act as a key advisor on cost-saving initiatives and financial risk management.
  • Ensure financial policies and processes align with the company's growth objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Fully qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA or QBE
  • Experience in a finance business partner or similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with excellent communication and presentation skills to influence and support non-financial stakeholders.
  • Commercially astute with a proactive, solutions-focused approach. Confidence to challenge assumptions and provide insights at a strategic level.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modelling; exposure to ERP systems preferred.
