Sales Ledger Clerk

Job Advertisement: Sales Ledger Clerk
Location: Warwickshire
Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the sales ledger, including the processing of invoices and receipts
- Reconciling customer accounts and resolving any discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring data integrity
- Assisting with credit control and following up on outstanding payments
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing queries promptly and professionally
- Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required
About You:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a finance or accounts department
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organisational skills
