Payroll and Accounts Administrator Opportunity - Join a Leading Business in Leicester
Salary: Up to £28,000 | Flexible Working: 3 Days in the Office
Macildowie is excited to be partnering with a trusted client in Leicester forest east looking for a dedicated Payroll and Accounts Administrator to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Payroll manager with all end-to-end payrolls
- Deal with payroll queries
- Run payroll reports
- Update and maintain payroll records
- Pension administration
- Payroll reconciliation
- Matching, checking and coding invoices
- Set up new supplier accounts
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Resolve general queries
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience within Payroll and Accounts Payable
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
