This is a full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday, fully office-based.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolving customer and supplier inquiries
• Collecting payments for outstanding debts
• Managing inbound and outbound interactions related to credit and debit issues
• Meeting daily and weekly account targets
