Role Overview:
- Location: Chesterfield
- Salary: Up to £100k+ depending on experience

- Key Responsibilities:
- Autonomously scope and deliver projects to clients
- Lead the operational side of the private client tax planning team, including the development of others and overall strategy
- Drive business development initiatives
- Exceptional long-term prospects within a thriving, successful, and growing team
- Clear pathway towards becoming a Partner
This role involves providing comprehensive private client tax advice, including but not limited to:
- Reviewing and implementing estate and inheritance tax (IHT) planning strategies to mitigate exposure
- Managing and implementing trust planning
- Preparing Wills
- Advising on property tax planning
- Handling residency and domicile issues for high-net-worth individuals (HNWs)
- Managing estate administration
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in inheritance tax and trust advisory roles
- Expertise in estate administration, with the capacity to sign off on assignments for the Estates team in the medium term
- Proficiency in reviewing and providing input into accounts, with a strong understanding of financial statements
- Leadership qualities and strategic thinking skills, with the potential to lead the team and contribute to overall strategy development
