Finance Manager - Permanent - Hinckley - up to circa £50,000 per annum

Macildowie Finance are working with a thriving business based in Hinckley to recruit for a Finance Manager to head up their finance team.

This business is on track to exceed their yearly target, and this position will play a vital role in overseeing the financial health and strategy of the organisation. You will also be responsible for managing a team of 5, and will be involved in maintaining their learning and development.

This business is based onsite 5 days per week, but are willing to accommodate some flexibility around working hours. They would also consider this on both a full and part time basis if required.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Managing day-to-day financial operations;
• Preparation of monthly management accounts;
• Managing the budget and cash flow process;
• Oversee completion of sales and purchase ledger;
• Submission of monthly/quarterly returns to HMRC

The ideal candidate for this role will be/have:

• Experience in management of a finance team previously
• AAT/ACCA/CIMA (Qualified ideally, Part also considered), or QBE
• Advanced Excel skills
• Payroll experience
• A positive attitude towards their work and their colleagues
