Accounts Assistant/ Central Northampton/ 3 months Temp / Up To £15ph
Part time flexiblity and Flexible hours available for the right candidate

Macildowie are excited to be working with a brilliant business based in Central Northampton looking to add an experienced Accounts Assistant to help reduce an invoice backlog as well as providing wider support during a growth period within the business

This is a 3 month temporary role. They are looking for someone who can get stuck in from day one, and hit the ground running. Any experience with Sage Systems is advantageous but not essential.

This client can offer very flexible working hours and part time flexibility for the right candidate.
The salary for this role is up to £14ph dependent on experience.

This has the potential to move extremely quickly, perfect for someone on a short-term notice or immediately available.

THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ownership of both sides of the ledger
• Matching, coding and posting
• Resolving disputes with query invoices and suppliers
• Reconciliations
• Admin focused at times with a prioritisation towards reducing a backlog of invoices across 5/6 key customers
