Macildowie Finance are currently working with a high profile employer brand who are based in the Birmingham area currently but will be relocating to the Warwickshire area in due course. Our client is a leading player in their respective field who have brilliant business and revenue growth plans on the horizon.

This role will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the finance team and senior finance heads. You will be working in a professional and fast paced environment, with the opportunity to be involved heavily in a business who are going through an exciting period of development.

You will be responsible for:

• Management accounts preparation; P&L statements, balance sheets
• Working on developing financial controls with operational teams
• Assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Conducting variance analysis
• Extensive business partnering with a variety of stakeholders across different departments

The ideal candidate will be/have:

• Finalist/Newly qualified ACCA/CIMA/QBE
• Experience within a management accountant role
• A willingness to learn
• Experience communicating with a variety of stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

This role offers hybrid working of 1 day from home per week, with the willingness to accommodate some elements of flexibility.
