Job Description

Position: Payroll Administrator

Location: Leamington Spa, Warwickshire

Salary: £24,000 - £25,000

Term: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for Administrative duties or existing Payroll experience? Our growing client is in search of a dedicated Payroll Administrator to join their dynamic team on a permanent, full-time basis. It is a great chance to go from purely Administrative duties to learning some new skills in a discipline that can eventually earn you a higher salary and take you on a different career path!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing payroll accurately and on time
  • Maintain payroll records and documentation
  • Reconcile the automated timesheet details onto the internal system and ensure the details are correct
  • Handle employee queries regarding payroll matters
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure compliance
  • Support with administrative tasks as required
