Join a dynamic and growing retail business with a £50 million turnover based in Hinckley. They are committed to providing exceptional service and high-quality products to their customers. As they continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Finance Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the timely preparation of accurate monthly management accounts; P&L, Balance Sheet (including reconciliations) & Cashflow
Provide financial information and support for Senior Leadership Team and budget holders (including customer sales analysis compared to budget/forecast/prior year, margin, stock and royalty reporting)
Review accuracy and aged analysis of stock valuation ensuring an adequate provision against recoverable value. Ability to report, discuss and resolve stock with senior management
Oversee preparation and processing of quarterly VAT return and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
Preparation of annual budget and quarterly reforecast
Assisting the FD with statutory accounts / external audits
Reporting and reconciliation of transactions in multiple currencies
Cash flow projection and management
Oversee transactional processing including AR, AP, Cashbook and Letters of Credit
Oversee accurate royalty reporting including regular assessment of minimum guarantees
Manage a team of 4 direct reports

You will be/have:
ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified or Qualified by experience
Good Excel skills
Previous experience working within a similar role
