Position: Credit Controller (Hybrid working)

Location: Coventry

Salary: £27,000 - £28,000

Hybrid working: 2-3 days per week from home

Term: Permanent, Full-time

Macildowie are pleased to be representing a continuously growing and highly flexible company based in the Coventry area who are recruiting for a hybrid, full-time Credit Controller on a permanent basis. Responsibilities:

• Income control: Collection of outstanding debts
• Ensure all customers are accurately billed
• Raising invoices
• Cash allocations
• Setting up new customers on the system and continuously updating their details
• Build and maintain successful working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Root cause analysis - discover the main issue with payment queries so that these can be easily resolved and payments are made

What we need from you:

• Must have recent experience as a Credit Controller / Accounts Receivable Assistant
• Passion is key! We need you to care about your ledger and your customers
• Willingness to become a key member of your team and assist when your colleagues need assistance
• Excellent and clear communication skills over the phone, and great written communication skills
• MS Excel to an intermediate level
