Your Mission: Collaborate with Finance, Group Payroll, and senior sales heads to calculate and report monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. This position is a golden opportunity for a meticulous individual with an eye for detail.

What's On Offer:

• Salary: £23,000 per annum
• Study Package: Full support provided
• Work Arrangement: 5 days a week in the office

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate monthly commission pipelines.
• Review sales agreements for precise commission adjustments.
• Communicate commission pipelines and payments to the sales team.
• Calculate quarterly sales bonuses for review.
• Collaborate with Group Payroll for precise commission payments.
• Swiftly resolve any queries that arise.

Your Profile:

• Finance background/degree or relevant experience.
• Detail-oriented with a quick understanding of internal processes.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to challenge and interpret data effectively.
• Team player with the initiative to work independently.
