Credit Controller | Leicester | Temporary | Up to £16ph

Macildowie are pleased to be exclusively partnered with a longstanding client who are on the lookout for an experienced and determined Credit Controller to join their team for a 6-month temporary vacancy.

Details:

• 6 Months Temporary with the possibility of extension
• Office based 9:00 - 5:00
• Up to £16ph

This vacancy will move very quickly and is only suitable for those that are immediately available!

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all customers are accurately billed and any discounts are applied. Make fee adjustments and liaise with the relevant departments where there are errors to get them corrected.
• Contact customers for their outstanding debt in accordance with the agreed credit control process timetable.
• Building successful working relationships with key team members.
• Provide high levels of customer service to all customers. Ensure that complaints are dealt with quickly in line with the company complaint process and to do so confidently and professionally at all times
• Processing refunds and managing the relevant inboxes, ensuring they are dealt with within agreed service level agreements.
• Work closely with the Incoming Payments team and provide assistance where required including assisting in providing cashier cover where necessary.

The Person

The candidate will have proven experience of working in a high volume Credit Control department

They will also possess excellent IT skills and be familiar with the use of large databases, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office applications and web-based applications.
