Job Description
Location - Coventry, CV7 - accessible from Nuneaton, Coventry, Birmingham, Solihull, Coleshill
Position - Accounts Administrator / Salary - £26,000 / Full-time / Permanent /
An opportunity has arisen at one of my clients who are recruiting for an Accounts/Invoicing Assistant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a steady role for experienced candidates that possess accurate and reliable Administrative skills. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with this type of invoice processing role for the foreseeable future as there are limited progression opportunities associated with this position. You will be joining a lovely team atmosphere with support from colleagues at all levels up to the Directors.
Responsibilities:
- Procesing sales invoices
- Processing subcontractors invoices and statements
- Supporting with paper work and administration duties
- Answering team emails
- Using bespoke software
- General administration duties
What we need from you:
- Organised and hard working individual
- Good communication skills
- Ability to use your own initiative
- Experience in a similar Admin/Finance Admin/Accounts Assistant role
- Full UK driving licence due to location of offices
- Experience with Sage 50 would be desirable for this role
