This is a permanent role working alongside three other BP's giving you LOADS of exposure -

• The chance to take on HR projects - mainly focusing on process improvements across the HR function
• Management and ownership of complex ER cases
• True Business Partnering with a number or industries and SME businesses and given the chance to build strong and lasting relationships
• Responsibility for all facets of HR - making the role truly generalist
• The opportunity to be responsible for a set headcount (c60-100 employees) - enabling you to really make you mark within the business

They are looking for someone with 'their head screwed on' someone who understands how a commercial business works and who can ask the right questions to understand what the line managers are looking for.
