What it involves:

• Support day-to-day financial operations, including monitoring accounts payable and receivable.
• Analyse financial data, proactively identifying areas for improvement to drive cost-effectiveness, ensuring optimal resource utilisation of projects.
• Assist with preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
• Analyse financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in accounting standards.
• Conscientiously work to reporting deadlines.

What you need:

• Studying towards ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or QBE.
• Proven experience as a Financial Accountant in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
