Credit Controller

Location: near Bingham (NG13)

Type: Permanent

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Credit Control/Sales Ledger

Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Credit Controller seeking a new opportunity in the Rushcliffe area? We have a fantastic temp-perm role that could be the next step in your career.

About the Role:

As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing the credit and collections process. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for hybrid working, offering a balance of 3 days in the office and 2 days from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain customer accounts
• Chase overdue invoices via phone, email, and letter
• Allocate payments and reconcile accounts
• Handle customer queries and disputes
• Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to resolve issues
• Produce regular reports on aged debt and credit control performance

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Credit Control/Sales Ledger
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in the use of accounting software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
