Macildowie are pleased to be partnered with a continuously growing and customer-centric organisation based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, who are recruiting for a permanent Accounts Assistant on either a part-time or full-time basis to join a supportive and nurturing Accounts team of 6 on a permanent basis. Responsibilities

• Purchase Ledger invoice processing, dealing with supplier payment queries, copy invoices
• Sales Ledger raising invoices on a monthly basis, raising client statements, and dealing with PO numbers and systems
• Processing nominal journals
• Client account allocations, and checking/production of monthly client trading accounts
• Support the Ops team in dealing with customer/client queries
• Working closely with the Accounts team to improve the efficiency of operations and work processes

Requirements

• We are happy to consider either junior or experienced Accounts candidates - it is the attitude, work ethic, and MS Excel experience that matters more!
• Experience on other Microsoft systems is highly advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated individual who can work under pressure and to achieve tight deadlines
• Accounts experience in either or both Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables
• AAT student or qualified from experience is desirable, please do not apply if you are studying an ACCA qualification
