Marketing & Customer Insight Analyst - Up to £40,000 - Nottingham - Permanent
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm - Hybrid Working Available
Macildowie BI & MI Analytics has exclusively collaborated with a reputable and bespoke home furnishing business to recruit a Marketing & Customer Insight Analyst.
The key objective is to build positive relationships with internal stakeholders to create user-engaging BI/MI through Tableau and PowerBI, reporting on customer buying patterns and customer behaviour trend analysis.
Main Responsibilities
- Track and maintain accuracy and integrity of all data contained within each client database.
- Working alongside the marketing team to gather an understanding of the marketing process and measure the different stages including campaign and the customer journey.
- Monitor campaigns and report ROI data to senior marketing figures.
- Identify trends and issues as well as creating purposeful BI/MI automated dashboards that help our clients business evaluate their customer's sales performance and key customers.
- Extracting data from SAP to create new purposeful BI/MI marketing, sales and customer biased dashboards for the wider group of stakeholders on a weekly, monthly basis using Tableau or PowerBI.
- Confidently partnering with internal stakeholders to craft appropriate value-adding commentary ensuring that the BI/MI you're reporting is user engaging and tells a story.
- Develop, maintain and deliver insights from the Customer Marketing Database.
- Part of a team of 4, you'll be successfully building relationships with your team and the other business units.
The Candidate
- Previous experience operating in a Marketing Analyst, Insight Analyst, Customer Insight Analyst or Sales Analyst position or equivalent.
- Proficient user of either Tableau or PowerBI with the ability to use DAX.
- Able to commute to Nottingham.
- Ability to create meaningful, clear dashboards with appropriate value-adding commentary.
- Comfortable working and manipulating large data sets in Excel.
- Exposure to Alteryx or similar analytical tools would be desirable.
