Business Analyst - Up to £32,000 - Leicester - Hybrid Working Available
Monday Friday, 9am - 5pm - Permanent
Macildowie has partnered with a well-established organisation that operates in the energy market to recruit a Business Analyst.
The key objective is to have practiced as a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator / Manager in a previous role.
Main Responsibilities
- Proactively working and communicating with stakeholders throughout the organisation to map business processes, user journeys and process flows and understand their needs to deliver solutions to meet project and business objectives.
- Supporting clients and understanding data dependencies along with system or other project impacts.
- Capture requirements from many different stakeholders, gathering metrics on current operations and have an ability to clearly articulate client pain points.
- Ensure the necessary completion of management system documentation, such as user stories, product specifications and business requirement documents, to demonstrate adequate controls.
- Managing project development goals and release schedules ensuring that these are communicated to all stakeholders.
- Provide industry and legislation analysis, feasibility studies and lead on strategic evaluation of current systems and processes.
- Evaluating potential solutions, assessing feasibility, and providing recommendations on the best course of action.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommending innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
The Candidate
- Experience working in a similar role including data / business analytics or project coordination / management.
- An innovative approach to your work, looking to develop and suggest improvements.
- Excellent communication style enabling you to maintain and develop relationships within the Information Technology teams and throughout the organisation.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
