Job Opportunity: E-commerce Customer Care Advisor
Location: Burton on Trent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00 (40 hours per week including a 30-minute lunch break)

A well-established company in the e-commerce sector is currently seeking a Customer Care Advisor to join their team. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by delivering exceptional service to customers across various digital platforms.

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and professional support to customers, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and issues are resolved with a positive approach. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about creating outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate information regarding products and orders to customers.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Handle customer complaints constructively, aiming for first-contact resolution.

  • Maintain and update customer records as required.

  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Operate in accordance with company policies and procedures, including those outlined in internal handbooks and health & safety guidelines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
