Job Opportunity: E-commerce Customer Care Advisor
Location: Burton on Trent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00 (40 hours per week including a 30-minute lunch break)

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and professional support to customers, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and issues are resolved with a positive approach. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver accurate information regarding products and orders to customers.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Handle customer complaints constructively, aiming for first-contact resolution.
Maintain and update customer records as required.
Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Operate in accordance with company policies and procedures, including those outlined in internal handbooks and health & safety guidelines.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
