Position: E-commerce Customer Care Advisor

Reports to: Customer Care Manager
Overview:
A dynamic e-commerce business is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Advisor to join their customer service team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering outstanding customer support and is committed to enhancing the online shopping experience. The successful candidate will be confident, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver prompt and professional responses to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Provide accurate product and order information
Handle customer complaints efficiently and positively
Maintain and update customer records as required
Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
Key Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
A proactive, customer-focused mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Additional Information:
Full-time role: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week including a 30-minute lunch break)
Must comply with company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines
