We are seeking a Sales Support Assistant to join a well-established business based in Burton on Trent. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring exceptional customer experiences, managing inquiries, and supporting sales processes. If you have strong organisational skills, a customer-first mind-set, and proficiency in Excel, I would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Form Management
- Accurately complete and maintain customer forms using Excel.
- Ensure customer information is current and correct.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of customer records.
Customer Support
- Respond to inbound customer calls and emails, delivering timely and effective solutions.
- Handle customer complaints, ensuring satisfaction and prompt resolution.
- Escalate complex issues when needed, liaising with the appropriate departments.
- Support may require occasional travel to other UK locations and participation in exhibitions and trade events.
Product Inquiries and Marketplace Management
- Address and resolve product queries on platforms like Amazon and eBay.
- Maintain accurate and optimised product listings to boost visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with the fulfilment team to address order-related issues.
- Monitor and manage online reviews across customer websites and marketplaces.
