Job Description

Macildowie are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join a growing team within a legal firm. As an integral part of their office operations, you will assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, providing support to our technical and customer service teams, and helping to ensure smooth business processes. The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech-savvy, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer and direct phone calls and handle customer inquiries.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals.
  • Organise and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as necessary.
  • Provide administrative support for ongoing projects, assisting with data entry and documentation.
  • Help with maintaining company records and tracking important deadlines.

MUST HAVES:

  • Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

DESIRABLES:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced office or administrative environment.
  • Knowledge of project management tools or systems.
  • Experience in the renewable energy or environmental sector (beneficial but not essential).
  • Familiarity with CRM software and internal databases.
