Office Manager
Job Description
Macildowie are working with an established business that is looking for an Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of their office and ensure everything runs smoothly. In this role, you will be responsible for managing office resources, supporting team members, and ensuring the efficient functioning of the office environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
This is a permanent, fully on-site position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring all stock is up to date.
- Organise and coordinate office events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Oversee office facilities and ensure the office environment is welcoming and operational.
- Act as a liaison between departments and assist with inter-office communication.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, including recruitment and onboarding.
- Handle office budgeting and expenses.
MUST HAVES:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office and office management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
DESIRABLES:
- Experience in facilities management.
- Basic knowledge of accounting or budgeting.
- Prior HR experience or knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
