PA to MD
Job Description
- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the team
- Manage and organise schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials
- Conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
- Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
The successful applicant will need the following:
- A proven track record in a PA role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A self-motivated, proactive, and flexible approach to work.
- An estimated salary range of £27,000 - £35,000 per annum.
