THE OPPORTUNITY:
Macildowie are currently recruiting for a PA to the CEO of a small organisation.
This role is full time and is completely remote.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Diary management
Email management
Organising travel
Arranging training
Liaising with trainers
Arranging events and co ordinating with the Event Manager
Minute taking
Updating social media
Chasing sponsors
Invoicing
General administration
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
In order to be considered you must have strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills and strong administration skills.
You must be comfortable lone working as the role is fully remote.
