Job Description

My client is looking to recruit a Business Support Executive to assist their MD, Managing Partner and wider leadership team with general internal running and operations. You will be at the heart of the team - crucial to the smooth running of the business you will be tackling a myriad of different tasks and duties to support our internal organisational needs, helping the wider team deliver exceptional work for our clients.

You will be working primarily out of the office in Nottingham City Centre, however you will also be able to work from home virtually for some of the week (minimum of 3 days per week in our Nottingham office).

The successful candidate will support the internal running of the consultancy whilst the wider team spend most of their time helping our customers.

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office & PowerPoint

Typical Working Week

  • Supporting the Leadership Team with ad hoc diary management and administrative tasks
  • Scheduling meetings, travel, team events, and data entry & analysis.
  • Creating high quality consistent comms to keep everyone up to date on internal news - being a point of contact and connective interface across the team, supporting proactive monthly business planning.
  • Coordinating recruitment and onboarding activity as required
  • Coordinating Employee Relations activity such as Handbook maintenance and general enquiry handling as required
  • Coordinating outsourced partner relationships, scheduling regular reviews and ensuring performance reporting is in place
  • Assisting with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents
  • People related initiatives associated with the business plan objectives including facilitation of social activities
  • Taking on leadership of individual projects and initiatives, at the direction of the managing partner and senior leadership team
  • Helping to set up, organise and facilitate effective internal and external meetings
  • Ensuring a safe, vibrant, and friendly working environment for the team - anything from ordering office supplies to liaising with facilities and our cleaners

The package

  • Paying up to £40,000
