Customer Service Co-Ordinator

Macildowie is pleased to be working with a leading company in Leicester to recruit a Customer Service Co-ordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised individual who thrives in a customer-focused role and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
Role Overview:
The Customer Service Co-ordinator will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience. This person will support the Quality and Sample teams, handling important tasks such as managing product samples, testing, and ensuring customer requests are met in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating with Goods Inward to ensure product samples are requested, received, and inspected to meet quality standards.
- Testing product samples to ensure they meet customer requirements, and communicating any non-conformance decisions to the relevant departments.
- Managing non-conforming products, ensuring they are clearly identified and segregated, and following up with suppliers to resolve any issues.
- Keeping track of samples and maintaining accurate records to support the Quality Control process.
- Assisting the Sales team by providing high-quality samples and ensuring that all customer requests are met promptly and to the company's high presentation standards.
Sample Co-ordination Duties:
- Managing the preparation and dispatch of product samples to customers and sales teams, ensuring they meet the company's presentation and quality expectations.
- Keeping sample areas well-organised and refreshed with new products to showcase the latest innovations.
Post and Courier Management:
- Coordinating the outbound post and courier deliveries, ensuring all packages are securely packed and dispatched on time.
- Providing tracking details to customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless delivery experience.
