Customer Service Administrator Vacancy

About the Role:
Our client, a well-established company in the consumer electronics sector, is looking to recruit a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Service Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where delivering exceptional customer service is a key priority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service via telephone, email, and live chat
  • Handle product enquiries, order updates, and technical support queries
  • Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner, ensuring timely resolutions
  • Liaise with internal teams, such as sales and logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfilment
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company's product range and services to effectively assist customers

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within e-commerce
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy, high-volume environment
  • A positive, proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or other customer service software is advantageous
