Sales Administrator
Job Description
Sales Administrator - Leading IT Solutions Company
Location: Kettering (Head Office)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (1-hour lunch break)
No weekend or bank holiday work
A well-established and growing IT solutions company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to support the sales function while ensuring the smooth running of operations. This role would be perfect for an an experienced administrator or a graduate keen to get started graduate keen to get started.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all customer service queries and product returns, providing end-to-end support
- Oversee daily order tracking, manage sales figures, and ensure back-orders are processed promptly
- Assist the Sales Director with pricing enquiries via phone and email
- Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately
- Maintain and update customer, supplier, and product data records
- Provide cover and support for the Purchasing Manager, Vendor Manager, and Accounts Administrator as required
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to quickly learn new tasks and adapt to changing demands
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Calm, confident, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Competent in general IT, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £22,000 - £24,000 per annum
- 23 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
