Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

The Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, providing product information, and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the company's strong reputation for customer excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a professional and courteous approach at all times.
  • Providing accurate information regarding products, orders, and company policies.
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints, escalating when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges with great attention to detail.
  • Keeping customer records up-to-date and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve more complex customer issues.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products to provide the best possible support.

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite would be advantageous.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
