Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Wizardry: Provide seamless administrative support, including scheduling, managing correspondence, and maintaining organised records.
  • Event Maestro: Plan and execute internal events, meetings, and team-building activities with flair and efficiency.
  • Budget Steward: Assist in managing the office budget, tracking expenses, and spotting opportunities to enhance cost-efficiency.
  • Health & Safety Champion: Ensure our office meets all health and safety regulations, creating a secure and compliant work environment.
  • Vendor Relations Guru: Handle interactions with suppliers and service providers to ensure top-notch service and timely deliveries.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven track record as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role, ideally within the logistics or supply chain sector.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and keep everything running smoothly.
  • Strong communication skills with a knack for professional interactions across all levels of the organisation.
  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with office management tools.
