About This Role

My client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of contract administration, from initial drafting to final execution. This role is important to ensure that our contracts are all accurate, up to date, compliant, and protect both Thrive and our customers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Draft, review and negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure they meet company standards and legal requirements.
  • Manage contract lifecycle, including creation, execution, renewal and termination.
  • Liaise with internal departments to facilitate contract approvals and ensure compliance.
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance, identifying any issues and resolving disputes if they arise.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting contracts and advise management on potential impacts.
  • Assist in developing and implementing contract policies and procedures.

What they are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

This role is working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours. They offer some hybrid working upon successfully passing probation.
