About the Role:

As the Design Manager for our esteemed client based in North Leicester, you will be responsible for overseeing the design process of Mechanical and Electrical Services within the organisation. You will collaborate closely with clients, attend design meetings, and ensure that projects are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the design process of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Services.
• Attend design meetings with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
• Audit designs on-site to ensure compliance with regulations and client expectations.
• Travel may be required for site visits and client meetings.
• Embrace flexible working arrangements, with an ideal balance of 3 days in the office.

Requirements:

• Qualified HNC in Building Services or relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within MEP Services.
• Beneficial CAD experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
