Macildowie are excited to be working alongside a company based in Nottingham. The organisation are actively seeking a well organised and switched on individual to join the team as an Administrator to support the business on a temporary basis.
About the role: Are you organised, detail-oriented, and ready to take on a temporary administrative role in Nottingham? We are currently seeking a skilled Administrator to join our team and provide crucial support in our day-to-day operations.
Roles and responsibilities
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and spreadsheets accurately.
- Support the team with any ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Maintain a well-organised and efficient office environment.
The successful candidate
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
