Customer Service Advisor

Nottingham

Up to £12 an hour

Hybrid (2 days in the office)

Full time - Monday to Friday

Macildowie are excited to be working alongside a leading professional services business, based in the Nottingham City Centre. The organisation are actively seeking a Customer service advisor to join their existing Customer Service team on a temporary basis. This is a hybrid position, with the requirement of 2 days a week in their fantastic Nottingham office.

About the role: We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our customer service team on a temporary basis to help with a new project. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers by providing outstanding service and support. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and other inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Process orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes and procedures.

The successful candidate

  • Previous experience in a customer service is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
  • Contact centre experience is preferred but not essential.
