Are you a skilled and strategic Buyer with a passion for unique shop concepts and a strong background in the manufacturing industry? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team in Hemel Hempstead. As a Buyer, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, negotiating, and securing the best materials and products to support our innovative manufacturing processes and create exceptional shop concepts.

You will need:

• Experience as a Buyer and international Buying

• Good working knowledge of various applications - word, outlook, (power point and excel are essential).

• Strong interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to optimise pricing and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand their specific needs and requirements.
• Analyse costs, negotiate contracts, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that purchased materials meet the required standards.
