Position: Collections Advisor

Salary: £20,250 per annum, plus commission

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Location: Leamington Spa, Warwickshire

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver unparalleled customer service to clients, making a positive impact
• Improve overdue balance recovery through effective communication and negotiation
• Manage a high volume of calls, ensuring quality standards and regulatory compliance
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records for streamlined processes
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency

Requirements:

• Openness to training, regardless of prior customer service experience
• The ability to thrive in a bustling work environment
• Outstanding communication skills to engage effectively with clients

Working Arrangements:

• Monday to Friday, on-site work required
