Role: Customer Service Advisor - Debt Collection Unit

Salary: £20,250 per annum

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Location: Leamington Spa, Warwickshire

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients
• Improve the recovery of overdue balances through effective communication and negotiation
• Manage a high volume of calls, maintaining quality standards and regulatory compliance
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency

Requirements:

• Strong negotiation skills, both independently and as part of a team
• Openness to training, irrespective of prior customer service experience
• A dedicated team player with a track record of meeting deadlines with precision
• The ability to excel in a busy work environment
• Outstanding communication skills

Working Arrangements:

Monday to Friday, on-site work required
