We're seeking a Customer Service Manager who can lead a team to ensure customers receive world-class support and service. Key responsibilities include:

• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional service delivery

• Customer Support: Oversee the resolution of customer inquiries, issues, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective responses

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to provide valuable insights and advocate for customer needs
