Louis joined Macildowie as a Recruitment Consultant in October 2023 after almost 5 years as a Tax Advisor to high net worth individuals. Louis has a passion for building meaningful relationships and looks to transfer skills and knowledge built over his time in Tax (and as an ex-candidate!) into Finance Recruitment. Louis specialises in recruiting part-qualified and newly-qualified candidates into Finance roles across Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire.

Outside of work Louis spends a lot of time with friends and family (usually eating out somewhere!) and enjoys keeping active. He has recently bought a kayak and enjoys getting out on the water when he can. Louis also likes to travel, with his most recent trip being to Switzerland in September.
