Position Details:
- Job Title: Lecturer in AAT
- Salary: Up To £18ph dependant on experience
- Working Hours: 8:30-5 - 37.5 hours per week
- Interim Cover: 3 months Temporary with possible extension
Job Purpose: As a Lecturer in AAT, you will play a vital role in delivering motivating and inspiring training, learning, and assessment. Your responsibilities will contribute significantly to the College's commitment to outstanding quality and responsiveness in the field of professional qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality learning experiences.
- Lead assessment strategies and provide feedback to students.
- Collaborate in the development of excellent learning materials.
- Contribute to curriculum planning and development.
- Play a key role in quality assurance and improvement.
- Undertake staff development and training.
- Actively participate in meetings, events, and recruitment activities.
Key Result Areas:
- Lead curriculum development and ensure effective learning programs.
- Monitor and disseminate learner progress.
- Participate in staff development and quality assurance activities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Possess a relevant degree and teaching qualification.
- Significant experience in designing and delivering vocational/academic programs.
- Experience in teaching within an FE/HE context.
- Proven ability to motivate students and achieve excellent results.
- Excellent planning, administration, and organisational skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
