Sales Executive
£22,000 - £25,000 + uncapped commission
Thurmaston, Leicester
Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30
Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for sales? We're seeking a motivated individual to join a buzzing sales team within a leading service-lead business. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities through telephone outreach and managing appointments for Business Development Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange new business appointments for BDM's.
- Generate new prospect leads through research and information gathering.
- Manage leads and prospects in the CRM system.
- Work towards personal and company targets and KPIs.
- Ensure accurate data management and diary updates.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries promptly.
- Maintain a strong understanding of services and products.
- Support team members during periods of absence.
Requirements:
- Proven telesales experience.
- B2B sales experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and computer literacy.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and self-motivated.
