Macildowie are thrilled to present an excellent opportunity working with a brilliant Public Sector organisation based in Nottinghamshire who are looking to recruit a HR & Learning and Development Administrator to join a dynamic team on a permanent basis. If you're passionate about facilitating growth and ensuring smooth operations, this could be the perfect role for you.

As a HR & L&D Administrator, you'll be instrumental in supporting our organisation's goals by coordinating logistics, managing bookings, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be essential in supporting the success of the organisations initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue bookings, IT setup, and catering arrangements.
  • Manage course bookings and maintain accurate records of attendance and feedback.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for delegates, suppliers, and course leaders, providing timely and professional assistance.
  • Support course leaders by assisting with the preparation and distribution of training materials.
  • Handle financial processes, such as invoicing and requisitions, with precision and efficiency.
  • Uphold confidentiality and ensure the security of sensitive information at all times.

Requirements & Key Competencies:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for supporting professional development initiatives.

This position offers a salary ranging from £22,500 to £26,000 per annum, along with additional benefits including 28 days annual leave PLUS Bank Holidays. This organisation allows excellent flexibility and hybrid working arrangements, with the opportunity to work remotely 3 days per week.
