HR Business Partner - c£40,000p.a.

Want to join a friendly and supportive team working with a dynamic social enterprise serving the local community across the East Midlands. The business of c400ppl are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis.

Working closely with the Head of People, this role will provide HR support on all aspects of the People function including;

• Establish and maintain influential relationships with relevant stakeholders.
• Coach and influence managers from a people perspective and champion and encourage the development of people management skills.
• Act as primary point of contact and take responsibility for core employee HR operational duties
• Analyse and interpret HR metrics to identify areas needing further support.
• Providing support for wider HR projects such as workforce surveys, employee engagement and benefits.

To be successful with your application you will come with previous HR BP level experience, ideally CIPD level 5 and understand the challenges of a non for profit/public sector organisation.

This role has embraced hybrid working and you will expect to be in a Nottinghamshire based office 2-3 times a week.
