Macildowie HR are working exclusively with a Leicestershire based energy company who are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their collaborative team.

You will report in to the HR manager and work alongside three others supporting a business of around 600 employees from a generalist HR perspective.

The day to day is busy - you will be expected to bring your previous experience and confidence with regards to recruitment (they are consistently growing), employee relations (everything from disciplinaries and grievances to absence and performance reviews), general HR admin (managing the contracts and offer letters) and coaching and upskilling line managers.

Alongside this you will be responsible for various HR projects

• Assisting with the implementation of a management toolkit
• Complex ER case management
• Policy reviews

And finally ensuring you are building, long lasting stake holder relationships.

This position is based in the centre of Leicester, parking can be tricky so public transport is best, due to the nature of the industry you will be onsite every day with potentially monthly travel to Nottingham.

To be successful with your application you will have worked in a generalist HR position with ER case management, you will be comfortable being onsite every day and able to get to the central offices.
