Working alongside another BP and with the support of a coordinator you will provide unparalleled support to the various business units.

You will operate as a true HR BP, partnering closely with line managers, upskilling and coaching them on best practise.

Alongside the 'business as usual' elements, you will be expected to support on a number of HR projects including

• Management of engagement surveys and actions based off the results
• Gender pay gap reporting
• End to end recruitment
• Diversity and Inclusion
• Data reporting and manipulation

To be successful with your application, you will come from a generalist HR background and be comfortable heading to the offices 1-2 days a week in north Leicestershire.
